This free, family-friendly celebration features live performances, delicious food, fun activities, and halloween festive spirit of the season, for all ages. Plus, we’re thrilled to announce a special live performance by Los Tucanes de Tijuana, Grupo Control, Lupita Infante, Las Cafeteras, and Los Malandrines that you won’t want to miss.
